Jesus is absolutely the ultimate in glory and greatness. The bread and wine teaches we're in union with Him because of His death.
The bread and wine speaks of Jesus' body broken for us and His blood shed for us. It's a message speaking that a death has already occurred. There is a finished work we are presenting to you. It's the truths of what he did in his death on the cross and how it included you. It's the truth of what that means to us now that it has occurred. Anybody who feels worthless is never going to feel worthless again if they believe in Jesus' death as them, and receive the bread and the wine.
